I'm Robert Sikes, a natural ketogenic bodybuilder, author, and entrepreneur, as well as the CEO and founder of Keto Savage, a health and fitness company that offers coaching, training, and nutrition for athletes and bodybuilders. I'm also CEO and founder of Keto Brick, a company that produces ketogenic meal replacement bars for efficient nutrition with the highest quality ingredients. I've had much success over the years and hold first-in-class titles from my bodybuilding competitions within the OCB and WNBF federations. Ketogenic natural bodybuilding is my passion and life's purpose. Being a bodybuilder is what gave me the foundation to become a successful businessman and husband, and find purpose.
I live in Northwest Arkansas with my wife Crystal, where we're currently homesteading and raising our newborn son. Live Savage is a place for us to share our journey and knowledge and help empower others as we grow.
My name is Crystal, and in addition to being Robert's wife, I'm a new mom, personal coach, powerlifter, and competitive bodybuilder. I'm also known as Lady Savage. Under this brand, I've created a safe place, full of grace, where any woman can come to feel invited, motivated, and empowered. Alongside Robert, I'm co-creator of Keto Brick, Live Savage Apparel, and the Live Savage website. I'm a regular contributor to the content here, and I talk about life as a new mom, homesteading, and prioritizing health both mentally and physically.
My desire, in everything I do, is to empower women to acknowledge and grow their strengths as well as build up areas of struggle. I'd love to help you, too.
